Big Idea – “A thriving COMMUNITY flourishes beside living water on the journey to WHOLENESS. PROTIVATIONAL truth draws thirsty sojourners to the VIBRANT gathering and the source of TRANSFORMATION.”
Partnering with Dale Borgan (Executive Producer), I led the blue-sky effort to recast Verve Community’s undeveloped property as “Cross Creek,” an outdoor-inspired campus where a dry arroyo is reborn as living water and every trail, bridge, and building guides guests toward holistic wholeness. The master plan layers worship, community, and recreation zones along a literal creek bed that becomes the ministry’s metaphorical source of transformation, culminating in a baptism fountain that anchors the front yard.
My Contributions

-
Directed campus-wide art direction, curating mood boards for materials, weathered cedar, corrugated metal, desert botanicals, and bright SoCal accents.

Deliverable & Impact
Our blue-sky package, storyboard deck, phased master plan, mood boards, hero renders, cost roadmap, and 3-D visualizations equip Verve Community to fund-raise and sequentially build a campus where people gather at Cross Creek, drink from Living Water, and grow into a vibrant, transformative community.
